Yes, you can split your time up with up to 6 passengers.
You will need to sign the waiver and the “Get to Know You” form.
Absolutely. A total of 6 passengers are allowed on the boat per session.
We operate rain or shine, but if lake conditions are too dangerous due to a storm or lightning, we will contact you either the night before or the morning of your lesson session.
If we are unable to go out on the boat, we will give you a gift card for the booking amount or a 100% refund.
If only a portion of your lesson session is completed, a credit for the remaining time will be issued, or a refund equivalent of the amount of time missed.

Yes, we have a variety of wakesurf boards available. Please fill out the “Get to Know You” form, so we can bring the boards that are right for you.
We recommend 1 hour per rider depending on your goals.

If you need to cancel or reschedule your lesson, you need to contact us at least 7 days prior to the booking to avoid any lost fees. If we are able to fill your spot, we will issue a 100% refund.
The table below shows our refund fee schedule for guests who cancel prior to their scheduled lesson. Please understand these fees are necessary to cover our loss of time and revenue for the lesson slot not being filled.

Photo Shoot questions
Yes. However, if you are booking a wakesurfing lesson with us on our boat, then the photo shoot would occur on our boat.
Yes. For an extra $100, you can book a 1 hour photo shoot that includes 20 digital shots. Visit our Lessons page for package rates.
Absolutely. This is often the case when we photograph more than one family member wakesurfing.
Since you are entering into a contractual agreement deemed as a “work-for-hire”, you will own all ownership rights to your photos, including copyright. This allows you full control to use the photos as you wish.
After a photo shoot, we review all the RAW photos taken and pick only the best shots that don’t show closed eyes, shadow faces, poor lighting, blurry movements, etc. All photos you receive are high quality JPEG shots (no watermarks) that are suitable for print projects.
We aim to please to delivering you the best photos that we think you will love. But if you are still not happy, we can arrange to share with you the RAW photos taken during the photo shoot. If you see a photo that you like, we would be happy to make it available.
Within 5 business days after your photo shoot, we will email you a link to view and download your photos on Dropbox. You have up to 90 days before the link expires. You are not required to own or create a Dropbox account to view and download your photos.

We try to fulfill your order within 2 business days of receiving it. But sometimes it takes longer if we receive your order at the beginning of a multi-day holiday, or some items become out of stock and we need to wait for new stock to arrive.
