Shipping & Returns
Shipping
All orders will be processed and shipped within 2 business days from Kimberling City, Missouri. Orders placed after 5 pm CST on a weekday or over the weekend will be processed starting the following business day.
JH3 Surf Academy uses USPS Priority Mail® for shipping orders. In most instances, domestic deliveries are made within 1 to 3 business days. Orders mailed to an APO/FPO/DPO zip code will never have an expected delivery day of Saturday, Sunday, or on a holiday.
Shipping only available within the continental United States, Hawaii and Alaska. Please double-check your shipping address information. JH3 Surf Academy is not responsible for incorrect shipping addresses received by buyers.
Applicable sales tax will be charged based on your local state’s tax laws.
Returns
JH3 Surf Academy has a 30 day return policy on all merchandise. JH3 Surf Academy must be notified within 10 days of receipt for any damaged items.
Unused, unworn, and unwashed items
To return or exchange your unused, unworn, and unwashed items, call (417) 559-2126 or email joe@jh3surf.com to initiate the return or exchange process within 30 days of purchase. Please include your order number and reason for return or exchange in the email. If an item is defective, photos of the item will be required. A staff member will reach out to you to coordinate the return or exchange. JH3 Surf Academy is not responsible for shipping fees on returns or exchanges. If shipping fees apply, you will be required to purchase shipping through the carrier of your choice.
Damaged or defective items
To notify JH3 Surf Academy of damaged or defective items, please call (417) 559-2126 or email joe@jh3surf.com within 10 days of receipt. Include your order number, the item that was damaged, and a photo of the damage. A replacement will be sent within two business days of approval. If an item is out of stock and a replacement is no longer available, a refund will be issued.
